PT Subur Anugerah Indonesia is a spice exporter, distributor and supplier founded in 2019. We export to international buyers and also supply the Indonesian market.

Our spices come from growing regions across Indonesia: peeled round nutmeg (grades ABCD, SS and BWP), oval nutmeg (peeled or with shell), white and black pepper, cloves, cardamom, hook root (Uncaria), cinnamon and more. Every lot is processed and graded to meet international standards.

Nutmeg
Indonesian nutmeg, peeled and graded for export: round nutmeg in grades ABCD, SS and BWP, and oval nutmeg.
Mace
Mace is the dried red aril around the nutmeg seed, with a warm, slightly sweeter flavour than nutmeg.
Cardamom
Javanese white cardamom (round cardamom) from Java and the Sunda islands: sun-dried, screened and cleaned before packing.
Clove
Cloves
Cloves from the Moluccas and other spice islands of Indonesia: hand-picked flower buds, sun-dried, screened and cleaned.
White Pepper
White Pepper (Standard & Muntok)
Standard white pepper and Muntok white pepper from Bangka, naturally processed without bleach; colour sorting on request.
Black Pepper
Indonesian black pepper in grades A, AA and AAA.
Long Pepper
Java long pepper (pippali): deeper and sharper than black pepper, slightly sweet. Sun-dried, screened and cleaned.
Cinnamon
Indonesian cinnamon in grades AA, Stick, KA, KF, KS and KB; moisture 12%, volatile oil 1–2%, foreign matter under 1%.
