Nutmeg
Indonesian nutmeg, peeled and graded for export: round nutmeg in grades ABCD, SS and BWP, and oval nutmeg.

White Pepper
Standard white pepper and Muntok white pepper from Bangka, naturally processed without bleach; colour sorting on request.
White pepper is made from ripe pepper berries. The outer skin is softened by soaking, removed by washing and rubbing, and the seeds are dried in the sun. Its flavour is less pungent than black pepper, with an even, earthy heat.
Indonesia produces two kinds: common white pepper, and Muntok white pepper from the Bangka region.
Our pepper is processed naturally, without bleach or other chemicals that change its flavour. The seeds are dried, screened and passed through a blower to remove impurities. On request, lots can also be colour-sorted to remove darker berries.
We buy pepper directly from the growing regions and work with farmers on export standards and grading before collection, which reduces losses and keeps lots consistent.
