Nutmeg
Indonesian nutmeg, peeled and graded for export: round nutmeg in grades ABCD, SS and BWP, and oval nutmeg.

Oval (long) nutmeg supplied in the shell, sun-dried in the growing regions.
Long nutmeg is the oval form of the nutmeg seed. We supply it in the shell, which protects the kernel during storage and transport. The seeds are sun-dried for six to eight weeks after the mace has been removed.
Buyers crack and grade the kernels themselves, or use them for oil extraction.
We buy nutmeg directly from the growing regions and work with farmers on export standards and grading before collection, which reduces losses and keeps lots consistent.
