Nutmeg
Indonesian nutmeg, peeled and graded for export: round nutmeg in grades ABCD, SS and BWP, and oval nutmeg.

Clove
Cloves from the Moluccas and other spice islands of Indonesia: hand-picked flower buds, sun-dried, screened and cleaned.
Cloves are the dried flower buds of the clove tree, native to the Moluccas. The buds are picked by hand before they open and dried in the sun. They have a strong, warm, sweet and pungent aroma.
Cloves are used in cooking and baking, and processed into essential oil, fragrances and kretek cigarettes.
We sun-dry our cloves to keep their oil content.
After sun-drying, every lot is screened and passed through a blower to remove dust and foreign matter before packing.
We buy cloves directly from the growing regions and work with farmers on export standards and grading before collection, which reduces losses and keeps lots consistent.
