Nutmeg
Indonesian nutmeg, peeled and graded for export: round nutmeg in grades ABCD, SS and BWP, and oval nutmeg.

Javanese white cardamom (round cardamom) from Java and the Sunda islands: sun-dried, screened and cleaned before packing.
Javanese white cardamom is round and whitish-brown, unlike the green cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) of India and Guatemala. Its aroma is complex, with piney, fruity and slightly menthol-like notes.
It is used in cooking, and processed into essential oil and traditional remedies.
We sun-dry our cardamom to keep its oil content.
After sun-drying, every lot is screened and passed through a blower to remove dust and foreign matter before packing.
We buy cardamom directly from the growing regions and work with farmers on export standards and grading before collection, which reduces losses and keeps lots consistent.
